In late 2023, I founded a software-focused startup. We are developing integrated machine learning and classical/quantum information processing protocols to accelerate precision imaging workflows.
The company secured a competitive grant from IFB Hamburg (Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank), a program aimed at supporting high-risk, deep-tech startups. In addition, the startup is generously supported by the Microsoft-for-startup program and DESY startup initiative. Currently, the company is in its early stages of development and operating in a stealth mode as we focus on building our core technology and the team.
The startup is registered at the commercial registrar of Hamburg, Germany. It is located at Campus Bahrenfeld. Having spent 8+ years of my professional life on the campus, it provides me with an ideal environment for incubating the startup. Campus Bahrenfeld at Hamburg is host to renowned research institutions such as DESY, the Max Planck Institute, and the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL). Additionally, it is a neighbor to the European XFEL.
